Now that we’ve sold the most expensive bottle of whisky, here’s a bit of a bargain for fans of Jura malt whisky, following on from the Tesco £10 1 litre bottle of Whyte & Mackay giveaway…

If you head down to the Co-op in the UK, you’ll find there’s a third off the price of a bottle of Jura 10 year old, making it £16.79. And if you have one of the £3 off money vouchers which recently appeared in the Financial Times or Daily Telegraph, then you can have it for just under £14.

For those who have’t tried it, it’s a great little drink – light and fruity notes with hints of pine, citrus fruits, cinnamon and spice.

Anyway, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to have breakfast…
