Don’t tell master mixologist and bartender Colin Field I’m passing on whisky cocktails, but as it’s the season, head over to this site for a whisky eggnog recipe coutesy of Sydnye Isabella Helu.

Anyone else got any festive whisky recipes – for food or drink?

    Hi Richard,

My family and I just stumbled across your impressive social media presence. I definitely need to pass this recipe on to my husband as he’s, first and foremost, a whisky lover, but also a huge fan of eggnog.

Best wishes to you and your family at Xmas!

  2. Thanks Amanda, all the best to you and yours as well – and keep some whisky out of the eggnog!

Spent Xmas day in Kobe, Japan. Went out for an amazing Kobe beef dinner followed up by a visit to Bar Alco-Hall run by Nashimoto-san, a true whisky Otaku (in Japanese, a person with a singular focus on his passion). He’s got a simply amazing selection/collection of whisky. If you are ever in Kobe do yourself a favor and stop by his place.
