I keep telling you people that the Scots are amongts the friendliest on the planet – and I also say that you always get a great welcome in America. So tonight, to celebrate the end of this US jaunt, the drinks are on me tonight…
I’ll be at the Diesel Dive Bar (3101 San Jacinto) from 10pm onwards where people will be able to try a few selections from the Dalmore range, notably the Dalmore 12 year old, Gran Reserva, 15 year old and King Alexander.
But here’s the best bit – as if my company wasn’t good enough – we’re doing complimentary samples of the 12 year old. So if you’ve ever wanted to try one of the best whiskies there is – and be shown how to appreciate it – head along. The other Dalmore’s will be on a special pricing scheme as well.
I’ll be getting them in until 2am.
I’m also told there’s no cover charge for coming in – and free parking (though if you’re drinking, I hope you aren’t driving!)
Just don’t ask for ice!
