We wouldn’t recommend wrapping your new iPhone in Scotch, no matter how good it is or whether it’s a blend or malt. Our IT people tell me that any liquid, whether water, diluting juice or the finest of Scotch whisky, will damage your phone.
They should have told me that before I tried it, instead of jumping up and down about the insurance claim. Or that it was Scotch tape we were meant to use…
